Top children's toys for Christmas 2020

Looking for the top Christmas toys for 2020? So are we!
To say this year has been weird for adults and children alike is an understatement. As we write this in lockdown November, we STILL have literally no idea what Christmas 2020 will look like. But we DO have some idea of what the toys will look like! Every year, toy retailers create their own "must have" Christmas toys list. Some arrive with a fanfare in July (such as the Argos Christmas toys list) and others we have to search out (like the Tesco top toy list, believe it or not), |
Why we love Christmas toy lists
The Toy Retailers Association say that 39% of toys bought for children will be on that child's Christmas wish list or Santa letter. In turn, 60% of parents will look at lists like Dream Toys to help them decide which present on the list to buy.

Who creates the Dream Toys for Christmas List?
Every year the UK Toy Retailer's Association (TRA) and the British Toy and Hobby Association predict the top toys for Christmas in their famous "Dream Toys" list.
This is the toy industry's official predictions for the Christmas best-sellers for kids of all ages, and it's based on years of experience - the TRA, which represents over 2500 toy stores, have released this top toy list for 45 years. The list comprises their independent predictions for top toys for Christmas, based on what consumers are asking for in stores, what seems to excite children, and the latest product trends. The Dream Toys for Christmas list virtual launch was held on Weds 28th October 2020.
The TRA Dream Toys is the list no Santa can ignore, as it inevitably features the best-selling Christmas toys for 2020. These are the toys that everyone will want to buy, and every kid will want to find under the Christmas tree on Dec 25th!

How our Christmas toys site works
Forget elbowing your way past other panicking parents in a crowded toy store, use our quick links to Amazon and other online retailers to get your dream toys delivered to your home, with no fuss!
Just to say, our Amazon links are also affiliate links, which means we get a small fee for pointing you direct to the toys you want and if you then buy them. This costs you absolutely nothing as a purchaser, and helps pay for our teabags, milk and dog biscuits while the team research and type up these lists!
Apart from the links to Amazon (who are often the cheapest place to buy Christmas toys), you'll also find links to other retailers. You may also occasionally see general links and comparison boxes for prices on popular Xmas toys. These are Skimlinks, and they should show you the best prices available from over 19,000 different online retailers. We've been rather sparing in our use of these, otherwise the pages would be tricky to read. Again, we get a teeny tiny fee for these links. Click on the button below for more details.
