Doctor Who Series 7 toys from Character
As you can see from our Doctor Who toys pic, these exciting new toys from Character Options have a real 'steam punk' feel, with salvaged parts and a worn-in look. Please bear in mind these are toy show prototypes and actual products may differ when they are released on sale.
The Personal TARDIS is an arm-worm time travel device. It features a flip up time rotor, detailed controls, light and sound effects and is "interactive with all sonic screwdrivers". Set the time coordinates, flip up the time rotor and prepare for time travel!
The Trans Temporal Sonic Screwdriver is compatible with the portable TARDIS device and the Build Your Own Sonic Screwdriver.
The Dalek/Cyberman Anti-Time Device is literally made of the best bits of both! Use scavenged Dalek and Cyberman technology to wipe your enemies from time! Multiple weapon sounds and lights, three function modes.
Expected to ship autumn 2012.
New Doctor Who series, autumn 2012 and spring 2013
The long-awaited new series of Doctor Who will probably hit our screens on August Bank Holiday 2012 with the first episode entitled "Asylum of the Daleks". Part-set in Ancient China with The Doctor is given a task to complete by the Chinese Emperor. Executive Producer Caro Skinner describes this as, "An epic Dalek adventure that kicks off the new series in explosive style! If you think you know all there is to know about the Daleks, think again…" |

_Future episodes feature favourite monsters such as the Weeping Angels
and possibly the iconic Ice Warriers, plus new menaces in the form of
mysterious Cubes and a Wild West cyborg called the Reckoner. Guest stars will include Rupert Graves, Adrian Scarborough, Steven Berkoff, Jemma Redgrave, and Michael McShane.
For us, the most exciting news is the return of Alex Kingston as River Song - we love her mix of action and finely tuned sarcasm, sweetie!
