We like The Entertainer; they sell at reasonable prices and seem to hold larger stocks of the 'must-have' toys than many other retailers. For 2014, they've chosen a list that contain some of the hot favourites, and a couple of surprises too.
Launching the list, Stuart Grant, buying director for The Entertainer nailed his colours to the mast and picked his top toy for Christmas 2014:
"We believe that the number one toy for Christmas will be the Loom kits, especially the Hello Kitty Looms. It highlights that ultimately children love the simple pleasure of creating something they can wear and share.
"We also anticipate that parents will invest in one high price ticket toy – such as My Friend Cayla - supplemented by some of the big collectable ranges such as Minecraft figures or Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles”
